Admission to UG & PG:

Admissions to GHN College of Commerce, Gangavathi are conducted strictly as per the Government of Karnataka, Department of Collegiate Education, and Koppal University, Koppal norms through the UUCMS (Unified University & College Management System) portal.

Admission Procedure:

• Online Registration – Students must register on the UUCMS portal using their Adhaar-linked mobile number (OTP verification) and fill in the application form.
• Document Upload – Upload scanned copies of required documents (Recent self Passport size Photograph, and Signature in JPG. SSLC/PUC marks card, caste/income certificate, transfer certificate, etc. in PDF).
• First cum First Serve – Admission is granted on the basis of first cum first serve and reservation policy as per Government norms.
• Fee Payment – Admission and examination fees are to be paid only through the UUCMS portal. No cash or extra fee will be collected in the college.
• Confirmation of Admission – Admission is confirmed once the application is verified, documents are approved, and fees are successfully paid online.

• Students must carefully check eligibility criteria before applying.
• Admissions are subject to the reservation policy of the Government of Karnataka.
• All admissions are provisional until approved by Koppal University, Koppal.
• Students are required to submit original documents for verification at the time of admission.
• Any claim of admission without following the prescribed online process will be invalid.

Koppal University, Koppal has granted permission to grant admission to first degree courses from equivalent courses as per the following table.
